Don't drive fatigued.
Drowsy while driving is as dangerous as driving under the influence (especially at night). In fact, a study by the Virginia Institute of Technology in the United States shows that the probability of a traffic accident or almost a collision can increase by four times when driving with fatigue.
Fatigue driving does not necessarily mean falling asleep while driving (although it is very dangerous). Drivers can be considered as fatigue driving for a minute or two, and these two minutes are enough to cause a serious car accident.
Get enough sleep (if possible, try to get 8 hours of sleep every night) to avoid fatigue driving. When driving, you should also stop often to rest (especially when you feel tired), let yourself breathe fresh air, or drink a cup of coffee. Try to take responsibility for safe driving with other drivers.
You also need to be careful about taking medications that may cause drowsiness. If you are taking cold medicine or antihistamines, please read the instructions on the label.
