We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to work on a new Build in Everton Liverpool. This will be working for a well established Construction company based in Liverpool.

Works will consist of ;

• Bulk excavation
• Groundworks
• Retaining Walls
• Steel frame structure
• SFS and Brick/Block
• Roofing
• Internal fit out – plastering, flooring etc
• Joinery
• Mechanical and electrical
• External windows and doors
• Soft & hard landscape works

The project is due to start Monday 19th July but this will only be a minor start with the works really kicking off in August.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
