Currently looking for Recruitment Resourcers to start ASAP.

What will you responsible for:

Through various sourcing techniques, identify, attract and qualify suitable candidates for each client requirement
Contacting candidates to determine their level of interest in and suitability for roles
Providing recruiters with a list of candidates that have high likelihood of being suitable for current roles
Assisting recruiters in researching and identifying new clients within our market sectors
Build rapport with candidates and follow up with them on a consistent basis
Maintain information of existing or potential candidates in database
Adverting vacancies using a wide range of media
Prioritise the most relevant candidates during a search
Develop strong internal networks to effectively share information
Reference Candidates and pro-actively choosing their best pick for the job
Lead generation from candidate calls – Should be passed to Consultant.
Learn job roles of candidates to better understand what they are looking for

The suitable candidates need:

Great communicator with excellent telephone manner and confidence
With good stress tolerance and sense of urgency, and able to complete tasks assigned by manager within the prescribed time limit
Ability to work on own initiative
Be driven, goal oriented
Any work experience in sales, telesales, customer service role and equivalent is preferred

8:30-17:00 Monday to Thursday, 8:30-16:30 on Friday.
