The Liverpool Recruitment Company are currently looking for a Fiance Coordinator to start ASAP.

What will you responsible for:

Bank reconciliations and downloading payments and receipts
Reconciliation of balance sheet
Sales ledger invoicing and reconciliation
Expenses analysis including identifying trends
Allocation of funds received
Verification of bank details ensuring this is aligned to the financial control framework
Assisting the Finance Director in ensuring compliance with financial procedures across the department
Process day-to-day financial transactions
Maintaining client accounts
Managing the cash flow of the company, and use it strictly.
Support to management and staff on finance/admin related issues

The suitable candidates need:

Computer literate in Sage account, Excel and Microsoft Office package
Understanding of VAT complexities
Have strong digital sensitivity, good at data statistics and analysis
Good time management and communication skills
Working experience in finance/accounts duties is preferred
