Job Title: Estimator

Rate: £27-35k p.a (dependent on experience)

Job Description: The Liverpool Recruitment Company are looking for an experienced assistant Estimator/Quantity Surveyor to work on a permanent basis for one of our leading clients!

Our client is an established M&E contractor who is seeking an experienced Estimator/QS with an M&E background to join their team!

Duties include:
- Cost advice on a range of industrial, commercial, residential projects.
- Preparing a bill of quantities
- Advice on building contracts
- Assisting with price variations
- Carrying out works both pre/post contract.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Around 3-5 years of experience in an Estimator role
- A fair understanding of M&E projects and previous involvement
- Familiarity with JCT / design & build contracts
